Project Title: ELA promoting sustainable and innovative environments in adult education  2022-1-EL01-KA122-ADU-000071519

The scope of this European-funded project was to promote the entrepreneurial culture in adult education as an engine for sustainable development and stimulate collaborations between the socioeconomic environment. With an eye to the internationalization of our key trainers and schools, we have designed this learning mobility project for our key people, under the Erasmus +programme.

Our ultimate goal through the continuous training of our teaching staff, is to promote innovation in terms of methodological developments and sustainable development.

As this was our first Erasmus+ project we focused on training and upskilling. Through this, we were able to share good practices with our hosting organisation and develop a network that would lead to a continuous collaboration between the two organisations and countries.  During our stay a number of cultural visits were scheduled as it was also very important for us to learn about the culture of the hosting organisation. At the end of the courses, a web-conference was designed for the dissemination of the newly-acquired knowledge to circa 250 educators around Greece that work in ELA schools.
