Our vision was to create an innovative and specialized FLS in the town of Agrinio. To this end, we placed the students and their personal needs at the epicenter of the educational process, strengthening differentiated teaching.
Focusing on innovative and pioneering methodologies, we made foreign language learning a fun process, turning language into a tool, a game and a unique experience for the students. We achieved this both by investing in trained staff (Bachelor’s, Master's and PhD degrees in teaching English as a Foreign Language) and through the innovative ways we use (experiential and holistic learning, alternative evaluation, playing and task-based learning).

constitute a confirmation of all those who want learning to be fun and, at the same time, effective; therefore, our school is a pioneer in foreign language education on the island of Kalimnos!
The experiential way in which each age group enjoys the teaching process aims at bringing each child in direct contact with the object of learning. Through research, role-playing games, drama, theatrical representations, literature, artistic activities and lots of interesting audio material, we share with our students our love for English language and the culture that surrounds it.
The teachers of our school, both the younger ones and those who have been with us on this journey for many decades, enjoy the magic of being in contact with children and of trying to invest in the thirst of young people for knowledge, as well as in their inexhaustible ingenuity. Besides the advantage of our many years of presence and experience in the field of foreign language teaching, it would be amiss not to make reference to our staff’s ability to adapt, taking into account the requirements of modern times and the appropriate teaching methods, adjusting them to our student potential. However, our attempt to generate stimuli to inspire our students through creation would be poor without an aesthetically friendly natural space: the beautiful neoclassical building where we are housed and our welcoming orchard that surrounds it.
Therefore, having already been around for more than half a century, we declare that we have no intention of stopping paving the way for learning and offering challenges for more innovations in the field of foreign language education on our island!
